Life is good
And so are push up pops. The other night after dinner, the kids had these sweet treats for desert. Keep in mind, five kids and rapidly melting ice cream warrant desert on the deck before baths are done. Mike summoned me quickly to give me the heads up for a photo opportunity. Gotta love moments like this - all five of them happy and getting along all at the same time and a hubby wise enough to tell me to photograph it!

Been a while
So the weeks before and after Mother's day, a stomach virus plague descended upon our household and all five of the kids were ill. Just when I was finally caught up with laundry and disinfecting, it came back for round 2! Ugh, just an awful thing, but I think we're in the clear, FINALLY!
I managed to get some scrapping done, however - here are the pages I made with the May We B Scrappin kit:
The colors in this kit were just perfect for my Maui pictures. The story behind the Angels layout is this - Mike and I were directed to a beach that was in a somewhat sketchy area - I could not find ANY seashells where we staying, so I had asked a local where to look. These 2 girls appeared and offered to help us and stayed with us as a shady looking guy pulled up on a motorcycle and watched us. I think we might have been set up, but the man finally left and I believe that we weren't bothered because of these 2 girls. Love that there are still good people left in the world!
Here is a project for Scrap Galaxy:
It is a Tilano Fresco canvas and it was really fun to work with. The picture is a photo transfer done with the materials provided in the kit. There is a Tilano Fresco contest going on a Scrap Galaxy, so go check it out!
Finally, here is a recent pages made for fun:
Hope everyone has a safe and fun Memorial Day weekend!

This week's creations
Here are a couple of pages I've made this week with my products from Scrapper's Haven. Loving the Foofala French twist for girlie pages and the Cherry Arte is just so cool for a high energy boy page:
I started working with the May kit from We B Scrappin' this week. I can't share my creations yet, but here is a sneak peek!
Hope everyone has a wonderful Mother's Day tomorrow. My daughter makes her first Communion tomorrow, so it will be an extra special day for us.

Got pages? (and a little toot!)
Well, the past week has been fairly productive. Despite having to work on NSD, I spent some fun time at Treasured Scrapbooking's Cybercrop and got a few pages done.
This one was made for a challenge on Busy Bee. This Bam Pop paper rocks! My son makes zillions of drawings that he leaves around the house, so I had to do a page about it.
Finally, this page was accepted into the Basic Grey gallery. That makes four for me so far...
Have a great evening!
